“I was eager to consult an expert and explore potential solutions to my health condition. I wanted to take a proactive approach to the diagnosis and treatment plan proposed by the NHS.
My employee benefits scheme has a Second Medical Opinion service provided by Teladoc Health. I spoke with a Teladoc Health GP over the phone, who informed me that she would compile my notes and forward them to a specialist. Subsequently, I received a detailed medical report. I plan to present to my GP during our next meeting. The report is very thorough, outlining options and alternative solutions.
It’s such a relief to have such detailed knowledge about my health condition on paper from such a qualified consultant. The information in the report will enable me to make more informed choices and confidently engage in discussions with healthcare professionals.
Access to Teladoc Health is incredibly important to me, and I appreciate that my employer provides it.
