We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our version of the clinically proven Stepped Care model ensures every user receives the right level of treatment. It all begins with a 50-minute consultation where one of our qualified professionals uses psychometric assessments—PHQ9, GAD7 and CORE 10—to determine clinical need and recommend the best treatment pathway. Consultations are delivered by phone or video, scheduled at times that work for the individual.
We offer tailored assessments and guidance for families. Children aged 10+ can access a 90-minute session with a specialist psychologist, while parents of younger children can receive expert advice via dedicated consultations. A summary report is provided, with clear next steps and recommendations.

Users aged 16 and over can also access Teladoc myStrength, our emotional wellness app, which offers guided programs, coping strategies, and personalised tools, available anytime, day or night.
