"Consistently outstanding GP service"

“I have used Teladoc Health’s Virtual GP service several times, and it has consistently been outstanding.

Access to this service has certainly prevented me from needing to take sick leave or time off work to consult a doctor.

For example, when I discovered a lump in my wrist, I decided the fastest way to address it was to obtain a referral from your team. The referral would go to a consultant, ensuring I would be seen promptly and the issue was effectively managed. The Teladoc Health GP provided me with the referral, and I then contacted my insurance company, which issued me an authorisation number. I secured an appointment with a consultant and received treatment within a few weeks!

I reached out again a couple of weeks ago after finding a lesion. I made the call on a Sunday, and within an hour, I received a callback. I now have an appointment with the consultant scheduled for next week. Had I not had access to Virtual GP, I would have had to visit a local GP, which would have led to a lengthy wait to see a consultant, followed by additional weeks or even months for treatment.

I will always choose Teladoc Health as my first option. I truly cannot commend the Virtual GP service enough.
