Virtual GP service has greatly boosted my confidence

“I initially chose Teladoc Health because of my upcoming travel plans and the need for malaria coverage, which my GP practice could not provide. They could also not assist with my other vaccinations, such as typhoid and Hepatitis A, because a GP referral is necessary to prescribe medications like Malarone. Consequently, my local GP contacted me to schedule an appointment to address my statin prescription. Due to the prior communication from the Teladoc Health GP, the response I received from my local GP was much improved compared to my usual experiences.

Without access to Teladoc Health, I would have probably struggled to resolve things with my local GP. The ability to consult a doctor online helped me find a solution, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend the service, as I found the response time to be excellent—quick and efficient. The GP I spoke with was very supportive, clear, and knowledgeable.

I’ve shared my positive experience with others, encouraging them to check their insurance policies for online GP services, as many policies include this option.
