“I’ve used this service three or four times now, and each time it’s been so much quicker and easier than trying to get an appointment with my regular GP. With my job, time is tight, and I’m one of those people who’s been lucky enough not to need the doctor often—but when I do, I don’t want to fight for an appointment.
I contacted the service on this occasion with a persistent skin issue on my finger that looked like eczema. It was sore, uncomfortable and wouldn’t go away. I wasn’t sure if it was something I could treat over the counter.
