The process was incredibly simple. I downloaded the app, followed the registration steps, and was amazed by how quickly I could access an appointment. Within minutes, I was offered consultation times for later that same morning and was able to book one that suited me.

The doctor I spoke with was fantastic. She was warm, approachable and easy to talk to, and immediately put me at ease. She listened carefully to my concerns, asked relevant questions and helped me understand what might be causing my symptoms. Most importantly, she gave me clear guidance on what I should do next.

Following her advice, I visited a walk-in centre, where I had my heart monitored and was given further medical guidance. While I still needed to work with my GP to arrange treatment, the consultation provided much-needed reassurance and helped me take the right steps sooner.
