“I’ve used Virtual GP service several times for both myself and my children, and the service has been excellent every time.
It’s incredibly quick and convenient—I’ve usually had a call back within 10 minutes, and most issues are resolved in that same appointment. If we’ve needed medication or antibiotics, prescriptions have been arranged straight away, which makes the whole process so much easier than trying to get an appointment with my usual GP.
Most recently, I needed a referral for a foot operation. I’ve actually been trying to get this sorted for years through my GP without success, so having quick access to a GP through Teladoc made a huge difference. I now have a specialist appointment booked within weeks, which feels like real progress after such a long time.

I also really value being able to use the service for my children when something comes up unexpectedly—it’s incredibly convenient to have that support when you need it most.
