Teladoc Health UK partners with NatWest to provide customers with access to virtual healthcare services   

We’re delighted to announce our new partnership with NatWest, bringing a range of virtual healthcare services to eligible customers across the UK. 

With NatWest’s new Health Benefit offering, powered by Teladoc Health UK, customers will have access to a comprehensive suite of healthcare and wellbeing services designed to holistically support their health needs. Through the partnership, eligible NatWest customers will be able to access a range of services, including

• Virtual GP consultations 

• Mental health support  

• Mental health helpline  

• Wellbeing services  

Customers with Silver accounts will benefit from the core health offering, including Virtual GP and Mental Health Support; customers with Platinum accounts will benefit from an expanded offering inclusive of digital physiotherapy services, and those with Premier Reward Black accounts will benefit from Expert Second Medical Opinions, physiotherapy services and health checks.

Through this partnership, NatWest customers can access a broad range of services that support prevention, early intervention, and ongoing health management, helping them stay healthier and more informed about their wellbeing.
