Since the 2020 pandemic, working from home has become more common across organisations worldwide. Workplace wellbeing is more important now than ever. While there are many benefits to working from home, such as avoiding rush-hour traffic, it can also lead to feelings of loneliness due to the lack of social interaction most of us crave.
