‘Such a positive impact’ Support for work-related stress

“I was suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and poor sleep due to work-related stress.”

A 38-year-old female contacted Teladoc Health’s service as she was suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, and poor sleep due to work-related stress. The psychologist and the patient focused on emotional regulation and discussed coping skills for supporting this. During the course of the sessions, they linked her current experience with her past life events and by bringing them together, gave an understanding of how life trauma can have an impact.
