‘A lifeline’ Virtual GP service

“The Virtual GP service is efficient and convenient, always accessible for quick and easy consultations.

I’ve used it a few times over the past 18 months, and it has consistently provided prompt responses. I love that I can have an appointment at any time of the day and speak to someone via video call from home.

I’ve been struggling with symptoms related to menopause, low mood, and anxiety, so I sought medical guidance through this service. Following some blood tests and inconclusive results from my local GP, I suspected hormonal changes as a trigger for my recent seizures.

Seeking further insight, I scheduled a Teladoc Health GP appointment to thoroughly discuss my blood test results. The GP listened and was very kind. This consultation led to the GP providing a private referral to a gynecologist for a more detailed evaluation.

Without this service, I would have had to wait until I could get a local GP appointment. Teladoc Health’s Virtual GP service is a lifeline for me.  I am so grateful that my employee benefits enable me to have access to it.”
