“The Second Medical Opinion service was an absolute lifeline during a really frustrating and painful period in my life. I’d had accident insurance for over 35 years and never really used it—until I had a cycling accident that left me with a chipped bone in my wrist. What started as a small injury turned into something more complex, and I felt completely on my own.
I discovered that I had access to the service when I went back to look at my policy documents after the accident. I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting much — but I was absolutely blown away.
