“I have used your Virtual GP service several times. It’s so helpful for someone like me who works irregular hours. Plus, the GP sends consultation notes directly to my local GP, which is helpful. The service efficiently resolves any issues faster than the traditional NHS route. The prescription process is also straightforward. You can have it delivered or pick it up at a local pharmacy, which is essentially the same.

Teladoc Health is an excellent fit for me because they offer numerous appointment slots, allowing me to get booked quickly. Also, my shift work makes it more convenient to schedule an appointment late at night, around midnight or 1:00 AM, after I finish my shift.

If I hadn’t had this option, I would have had to visit my GP face-to-face. Those of us who work shifts need something more tailored to our schedules.

I am a great admirer of the NHS. But Teladoc Health fills crucial gaps in NHS services. While it can’t provide physical examinations, it effectively addresses areas where the NHS may fall short. That’s how I would describe it.
