The promoter of this prize draw is Teladoc Health UK Ltd (“Teladoc Health UK”), whose registered office is at: Floor 5 Aspect House, 84-87 Queen’s Road, Brighton, BN1 3XE
Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom and who work in HR, Reward, or Benefits roles.
Employees of Teladoc Health UK, its affiliates, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Participation in the survey is required to be eligible for the prize draw. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the Teladoc Health UK survey on how organisations select and use wellbeing benefits.
At the end of the survey, participants may choose to provide their contact details to be entered into the prize draw.
The survey will remain open until 31 November 2025. Entries received after this date will not be included.
Prize Details
One winner will receive £500 worth of John Lewis vouchers.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable; no cash alternative will be offered.
Teladoc Health UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the survey closing date.
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 10 working days of selection.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, Teladoc Health UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data Protection
All survey responses will be treated as confidential and used only for research purposes.
Personal details will be collected only if you voluntarily provide them for the prize draw or follow-up research.
Personal information will be stored securely and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

General
Teladoc Health UK reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
The decision of Teladoc Health UK regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
