To access Convo, simply log in to the Convo app, available on the App Store, Google Play, or via your web browser, create an account, and locate Teladoc Health UK in the community directory.

If you require translation services for your consultation, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected], or let us know your needs when booking. We can arrange for a translator to join your consultation at no additional cost.
