The same GP I spoke to initially followed up with a call after receiving the report. She walked me through it, offered explanations, and encouraged me to ask more questions. It felt like having a friendly expert who cared about helping me understand my health and make confident decisions.

I would have relied solely on one GP’s opinion without this service. The NHS does an incredible job, but appointments are hard to come by, and the advice you get can be limited to one doctor’s perspective.
