About our team
Our services are commissioned through Private Medical Insurers and large businesses and constitute private care with no extra costs to patients.
The primary function of all roles within the Mental Health Service is to work as part of a team providing psychological assessment and treatment to patients.
Key responsibilities range from:
- Undertaking psychological well-being assessments
- Delivering brief courses of Solution-Focused psychological treatment for individuals
- Single-session consultations for individuals
- Mental health consultations for children and their parents
- Providing patients with guidance and support navigating the myStrength well-being app
- 24/7 Helpline providing patients with emotional support
- Routine monitoring of the effectiveness of interventions
- supporting psycho-educational webinars and research on continual improvement within digital mental health

Key requirements
Senior Psychological Well-being Practitioner:
- Post Graduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Psychological Therapies (PWP core training)
- BA/BSc Psychology
- BACP accredited or eligible to submit for accreditation (or equivalent accreditation bodies, e.g., UKCP, NCS, COSCA, BABCP)
For the above position:
- We are able to offer a minimum of 3 days (22.5hrs) per week
- Previous remote consulting experience is preferable
- You must be committed to providing high-quality care with sound and safe clinical judgment
